So most everyone by now knows that I spent four weeks in St George, Ut at the Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge. During my stay there they only fed me 1200 calories per day which us what I would eat per meal before I went there. I started each day off with a 2-3 hour hike ranging from a short 4 mile distance to well over 8 miles. After that I worked out an additional 4-6 hours throughout the day finishing eack day around 5:30. This went on six days per week for four weeks. During those four weeks I lost a total of 46 pounds. 4 inches off of my chest, 4 inches off of my stomach and 4 inches off of my hips. I also lost 5% body fat. Not bad for only 4 weeks.
